"I knew I wanted to be a therapist at fourteen. I've never wanted anything else."

My passion for mental healthcare long preceded my formal training — I remember wanting to be a therapist from as young as fourteen. Since then I’ve completed my MSc (CHRIST University) and M.Phil (Osmania University) in Clinical Psychology, and I’m registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India.

I’ve spent over four years working with adolescents and adults (16–60) through anxiety, depression, OCD, personality difficulties, and complex trauma, alongside Emotion-Focused couples’ counselling and psychological assessments. My approach is client-centred and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based modalities including CBT. Clients, colleagues, and friends describe me as perceptive, open-minded, and empathetic.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time learning about animals and advocating for animal rights — and you’ll find me in classic literature, poetry, old Hindi songs, and the occasional horror film.

Your first step, gently.
